A gathering for children (up to age 12) and their families in the Edwards Room to introduce mindfulness practices of breathing, walking and eating.  Linda Vincent is the facilitator for this event which will be followed by a potluck dinner in Addis Hall.  Please contact Deb Moore for more information.
