THE RIVER VALLEY SANGHA practices mindful living as taught by the Venerable Thich Nhat Hanh.

River Valley SanghaThe practice community, or sangha, is open to people of all experience levels who wish to learn and deepen their practice of mindfulness. Mindfulness is the energy of being aware and awake to the present moment. Members come from a variety of backgrounds and religious traditions.

We meet via Zoom on Monday evenings from 6 – 7:30 pm, with an additional in-person gathering every first Monday of the month. If you are interested, kindly email Fiona Cheong (suin.cheong@gmail.com).

Please arrive early to allow yourself time to settle in. Gatherings include two periods of meditation separated by a short period of walking meditation along with a time for dharma discussion.

This meditation is offered at no cost although donations are gratefully accepted.
