Mindfulness Meditation Practice Group

You are invited to be part of a meditation group. This fall we will meet once a month and share the experience of sitting together in mindful meditation. This is a wonderful way to start a meditation practice or to deepen your existing practice, and it provides the opportunity to connect with others in the group as we reflect on the experience of meditating and bringing mindfulness into our daily lives.
Sundays: October 8, November 12, December 10
4:00-5:00 pm in the Edwards Room
Please arrive 10 minutes ahead of our start time.
If you plan to participate in any of the Sunday groups, please let Deb Moore, our Minister of Faith Formation, know in advance.
