Most of us find it easier to feel compassion for others than for ourselves. But boundless compassion, or true love, comes from a self-compassionate heart, not one that is guided by self-blame and judgment
You are invited to join us for a mindfulness group where we will explore skillful and healing ways to respond *to ourselves* when we encounter life’s inevitable painful experiences.
